FAQ
Asked before every booking
Every 2–3 years for most homes — sooner for large households, hotels or hospitals, where it fills far faster. Don't wait for the overflow. A tank emptied on a schedule is a routine hour of work; the same tank emptied in an emergency is a bad night, a bigger bill, and often a soak pit that has to be rebuilt.
About an hour on site for a typical home tank, depending on size and how long it has been since the last clean. Someone should be there to show us the tank cover and to look inside once it is empty — that last part is deliberate. We would rather you saw the clean tank yourself than took our word for it.
