Septic tank cleaning
सेप्टिक ट्याङ्की सरसफाइ
The tank under your yard is full. We bring a sealed vacuum tanker, pump out every litre of it, scrape the hardened sludge off the walls and floor, and drive the lot away — about an hour, with nothing spilled on your tiles.

- Rs. 5,000+ (varies by tank size, age and access)
- Turnaround
- Same or next day · about an hour on site
Every 2–3 years for most homes to keep it from ever becoming an emergency.
We don't pack up until you have looked into the tank yourself.

Includes
- Full desludge — the liquid and the hardened sludge under it
- Walls, floor and baffles scraped, not just skimmed
- Outlet and soak-away checked while the tank is open
- Sealed hoses in, sealed tanker out — no buckets, no spill
- The area washed down before we leave
Signs you need this
- The toilet flushes slowly, or comes back up
- Every drain in the house is slow at the same time
- A smell near the tank cover that won't scrub out
- Soft, wet ground — or unusually green grass — over the tank
- Gurgling from the floor trap after a shower
If you leave it: Sludge reaches the outlet and pushes on into the soak pit, which then clogs solid. Rebuilding a soak pit costs many times what emptying a tank does — and long before that bill arrives, the sewage comes back up your own pipes.
FAQ
Asked before every booking
The tank tells you before it fails, and it always says the same things: the toilet flushes slowly or backs up, every drain in the house slows at once, there is a smell near the tank cover that no amount of scrubbing fixes, and the ground above the tank turns soft or unusually green. One of those is a warning. Two of them together means book now.
Every 2–3 years for most homes — sooner for large households, hotels or hospitals, where it fills far faster. Don't wait for the overflow. A tank emptied on a schedule is a routine hour of work; the same tank emptied in an emergency is a bad night, a bigger bill, and often a soak pit that has to be rebuilt.
No buckets, no open carrying. The sludge goes from your tank into a sealed vacuum tanker through sealed hoses, and the area is washed down before we leave. There is a smell while the cover is off — there is no way around that — and it goes with us when we drive away.
Usually, yes — we run hoses from the nearest point the tanker can park, which is how most of the old city gets served. Rather than guess, send us a photo of the lane and the tank cover on WhatsApp, and we will tell you before you book whether we can reach it and what it will take.
Tank type (rectangular vs cylindrical/ring), size, how many years since the last clean, how hardened the sludge has become, the hose distance from where the tanker can park, and access to the cover. That is why an honest number needs a look and a few questions, not a guess over the phone. We confirm the price with you before the work starts.
To an authorised, FSM-compliant disposal site — in a sealed tanker, in line with Nepal's 2014 mandatory-septic rule. Not into a river, not into a field, not into somebody else's ward. If you ever want to know where your load went, ask us and we will tell you.
